Prachi Chaudhary’s Journey with Infihire

“Success is the sum of small efforts, repeated day in and day out.”

Little over a year ago, I was a fresh graduate from college, full of insecurities and lost in life — not clearly knowing what to pursue. Though I did know something for sure, I wanted to pursue a career in HR. However, the industry thought otherwise- maybe not just yet. But I was up for the challenge. Luckily, after months of job hunting, I landed a job in the Talent success manager team. It was exactly what I wanted. I had a good feeling that this role can help me reach the position that I want. When I first came to office, I met Rishabh & Ashish. I want to thank them that they gave me this opportunity & also supported me everytime. I was totally a fresher and had no idea how to deal with all the work, but after a couple of weeks I started to understand everything. Even though I was an introvert, I learned that I had to step out of my comfort zone. I got to meet a lot of new people in the industry. It was fun to meet people with the same passion as myself. I learnt a lot from them, but at the same time, I try my best to share my knowledge with them as well. With baby steps, I completed more than a year in this organization, and not only have I grown as a professional but also as an individual. In the last years, I have made good friends and have met charismatic leaders such as Rishab and Ashish. Working at Infihire is about making work fun, having a good work-life balance, as well as good synergy between work culture and productivity. Working at Infihire offers you the opportunity to work on everything from strategy through implementation. We help clients at each stage of their journey, rather than only specializing in specific skills. We provide solutions from end-to-end, and that’s a great thing to be a part of. I have learnt a lot of things here, working with a good team and with the coolest team leaders is the best, everyone is greatly supportive here. Completed journey of a year & looking forward to the years to come.
